Welcome to the system. Use of the website and/or system is subject to these terms of use and constitutes full and informed agreement to them. If you do not agree to these terms — you may not use the system.
The system is a technological and infrastructural platform designed for management, operation, and automation of technical processes for professional service providers. The system: Does not provide service to end consumers, does not perform actual actions, and is not a substitute for the user's professional, legal, or technical discretion.
Use of the system is permitted solely for: Labs, technicians, companies, and professional service providers. The user declares that they: Operate within a legal business framework, possess relevant professional knowledge and training, and are responsible for acting in accordance with all applicable laws.
The user undertakes that: Any action performed via the system will be performed solely regarding equipment or systems legally owned by the client or for which explicit and clear authorization has been given by the legal owners. Verification of ownership, authorization, and documentation — is the sole responsibility of the user.
System operators, developers, and owners: Are not party to actions performed via the system, do not control, supervise, or approve the manner of use, and are not responsible for the legality, results, or consequences of use. Use of the system is at the user's sole risk.
It is strictly forbidden to use the system for: Performing an illegal action, action without authorization, violation of property rights, privacy, or information security, or action contrary to local or international law applicable to the user. System operators may suspend or block access in case of suspected prohibited use.
The system is provided AS IS. No: Legal advice, regulatory advice, or guidance for specific use or specific result is given. The user waives in advance any claim regarding reliance.
The user undertakes to indemnify and compensate system operators, developers, and owners for any damage, demand, or expense (including legal expenses) arising from their use of the system or violation of these terms.
Liability, if any applies, is limited to direct damage only, and shall not include indirect, consequential damage, loss of profits, or damage to reputation.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts in Israel.
Actual use of the system constitutes full and informed confirmation of these terms of use.
